Second-hand sneakers and streetwear are one-of-one by nature—we keep returns fair and simple.
From the date you receive your parcel, you have 14 calendar days to initiate a return if something is materially off from what was listed—wrong pair, size mix-up described online, colourway off, etc.
Returns must arrive back in lightly worn resale condition—as you unpacked—with original tags or packaging where supplied.
Signs that it’s not usable for resale (heavy grime, soles ground down badly, scents, swaps) aren’t refundable.
Reply to your order confirmation WhatsApp/email or DM us referencing your order ID. Send clear photos showing the mismatch or defect so our team can verify quickly—most calls can be solved with that context.
Where a return qualifies, refunds are credited by the route you originally paid (for COD prepaid shipping situations) or exchanged for store credit—we’ll clarify one path once we approve.
Size swaps depend on warehouse availability; we'll propose the closest match if identical stock sells out fast.
We organise reverse pickup wherever service allows; rural routes may ask you to drop at nearest partner kiosk with the label we generate.
Lightly altered pieces, raffle wins, giveaways, hygiene accessories, or personalised orders are excluded unless defective out of box.
