Delivery.

Our standard checkout flat rate for delivery is PKR 150 per order. That stays the same no matter how many pieces you bundle in one shipment.

After we confirm your order by phone or message, parcels usually ship within 2–4 business days under normal conditions (weather, courier load, holidays or remote routes can add delays).

We currently offer cash on delivery (COD) only—have the full total, including goods and delivery, ready in cash when the courier arrives. If we ever add bank transfer or wallets, we will say so clearly on checkout.

For COD orders we may ring or message you once to verify size, colour, and address before releasing the parcel—please pick up promptly so we can keep slots moving for everyone.

Items are inspected, packed cleanly, and sent with care so your thrift pieces reach you ready to lace up or slip on.

If the outer carton or inner contents arrive clearly mishandled, note it with the courier when possible and contact us straight away—we will work with you on next steps consistent with our returns policy.
